This project is a great example of how a period home can be upgraded to modern standards while still preserving its original character.
We carried out a full renovation and retrofit of this Georgian property, starting with a careful strip-out of the existing ground floor before rebuilding it to a significantly higher standard.
Particular attention was given to maintaining the traditional style of the home. The original sliding sash windows were upgraded in keeping with the Georgian design, while improving overall performance and energy efficiency.
Alongside the structural work, the entire property was enhanced with improved insulation, modern energy-efficient systems, and upgrades that resulted in a significantly improved BER rating.
